For the past ten years, Briana Ziebell has been creating beautiful custom wall murals as well as fine art watercolor, acrylic and oil commissions. With her unique style reaching a broad range of clientele, her work can be seen in school yards, private homes, public buildings and other Milwaukee and surrounding Wisconsin area locations.
Briana’s artistic training comes from a variety of influences. Recognizing a propensity towards art as a young child, her studies in art began in Stevens Point Wisconsin and lead her to graduating from the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin with a double major BA in Interdisciplinary Art, Art History and Theatre Minor. She has experience in not only creating and selling art but has also had the opportunity to teach a variety of art subjects to students ranging from school age to retirement. A strong background in arts management, art history, teaching, studio art and scenic painting, combine giving her a unique and eclectic style.
An entrepreneur at heart, she opened and ran a small art gallery in Bay View Wisconsin, where she showed not only her own work but the works of local and international artists. This was not, however, her first endeavor at business ownership. Briana previously owned a floral shop in Stevens Point Wisconsin and is a skilled floral designer with over thirteen years of experience and an impressive portfolio of floral designs. Other creative endeavors include performing with a wide range of local theater companies as well as the traveling New York production of Tony ‘N Tina’s Wedding in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
Currently, Briana works both on-site and from her studio in Wausau Wisconsin. She recently relocated herself to the Marathon County area in order to be closer to family and to introduce the community to her business model of Art-For-Enternainment by opening up the area's first U Paint & Party™ location at 2108 N. 7th st. Patrons are able to complete a painting with group-lead instruction in less than 3 hours, with no previous painting experience! Briana is experienced in creating acrylic and latex interior and exterior wall murals in a variety of subjects; as well as acrylic, oil and watercolor fine art paintings ranging from representative landscapes and portraiture to non-objective abstracts.
